Caro Kingsnorth

Caro is an experienced coach and facilitator with strong communication skills. Her business is focused on personal (executive) coaching and management development.

Her development philosophy is built on 4 key beliefs:

1. Every person has untapped potential.
2. Build a person’s self esteem and you unlock that potential.
3. Confidence is linked to competence.
4. People treated with respect tend to treat others with respect.
